About Us

No one gained weight because they lacked access to a nearby gym or a smartwatch to track their activity.

No one suffered from a runny nose due to a shortage of anti-allergy medicines.

No cancer patient succumbed to their illness because of a lack of chemotherapy.

OMJOOMSUH firmly believes that it is time for Dharma to take center stage in health and wellness. We emphasize the importance of cultural and traditional practices rooted in civilisational ethos. We believe that health is intricately connected to harmony and happiness and that embracing this experience daily is the key to achieving intrinsic health. Additionally, COVID has served as a profound wake-up call for many families. While clinically it was a viral infection, it was, in reality, a transformative event that exposed our vulnerabilities and the fragility of our health. As we navigate today's fast-paced world, we must understand health in its most accurate form - as a fundamental part of the human experience. Unlike animals, humans possess the unique abilities to experience happiness and strive for balance and harmony in life. The Indic civilisation has carefully preserved and refined this human experience for over 5000 years, or even more than 10,000 years, tracing back to the origins of Pashupata Yoga. Our team is dedicated to making preventive health and wellness more effective by integrating the ancient wisdom originally conceptualized by the rishis and maharishis of Bharat.

Who We Are (NOT)

Not a Fitness company

  • Fitness and health are not the same thing. We believe that fitness is a certificate for machines, while health is for humans.
  • The concept of using fitness to promote health and longevity can be traced back to Germany in 1811 and the United States in 1824, when the first outdoor gymnasiums were established. Gyms underwent various changes and enhancements over time. However, it was not until the 1950s that Jack Lalanne, the father of modern fitness, transformed fitness into an industry.
  • According to Pashupat Yoga, yoga originated over 10,000 years ago and has been the primary tool for humans to reach their highest potential. During the Middle Ages, the sages and scholars of Bharat (India) wrote texts and commentaries on this knowledge, which were passed down through generations via "shruti".
