These terms set out the understanding between you and OMJOOMSUH. Please read them. By joining any practice, taking any assessment, or using the app, you accept them.
We are OMJOOMSUH (OPC) PVT LTD, a company registered in India (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), with its registered office at B-1084, Church Road, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226016, India.
We run the app at app.omjoomsuh.com and related practices and offerings (together, the "Services") — the morning mantra, NEEV, Weekend Yoga, the evening Darshana and Niranjan Index, the Health Balance Score Card, Annamaya, and the Swasthya Kosha. You can reach us at connectomjoomsuh@gmail.com.
The Services are for adults. You must be 18 years or older to register or take part. By using the Services you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the information you give us is true, and that you will keep it current.
We offer a daily and weekly practice rooted in the yogic tradition, along with instruments that reflect your wellness back to you. Sessions may be live (on Zoom, YouTube, or in studio) or self-guided. Timings, teachers, and the shape of a practice may change, and some offerings are seasonal or limited to particular members.
The Services support wellbeing. They are not medical care. Please read our Disclaimer — it is part of these terms.
You are responsible for your sign-in and for what happens under your account. Keep your access private. You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose, and not to misuse, disrupt, copy, resell, scrape, or interfere with them, or with other members.
Fees are shown in Indian Rupees at the point of purchase (for example, the Health Balance Score Card assessment, program enrolment, or the Swasthya Kosha journal). Payments are handled by third-party gateways and marketplaces (such as Razorpay and Amazon); your payment card details are processed by them, not stored by us. Prices may change; we will not change the price of something you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Services, and their content — the practices as taught, the mantra teachings, the Health Balance Score Card method, the Niranjan Index, the Swasthya Kosha material, the writing, images, logos, and design — belong to OMJOOMSUH or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal practice only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or build a competing offering from them without our written permission.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them freely to improve the Services, without obligation to you.
OMJOOMSUH shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations — including the conduct of any live session, class, or delivery of any material — where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond its reasonable control. These include, without limitation, acts of God, natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, illness or incapacity of the teacher, failure of internet, electricity, or third-party platforms (such as Zoom, YouTube, or payment gateways), government action, or civil disruption. In such events, OMJOOMSUH will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or resume the affected practice, and such suspension shall not, by itself, entitle any member to a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OMJOOMSUH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the offering in question. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under India's consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to hold OMJOOMSUH harmless from any claim or loss arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or of another person's rights.
If something is wrong, tell us first — we would rather put it right than have you go elsewhere. Our Grievance Officer, in line with India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its "last updated" date, always lives on this page. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
